Mr. Jatender Kumar Mehta is the promoting founder and mentor of Omax Autos Limited since its inception. Currently, he has been serving as the Vice Chairman-Cum-Managing Director of the Company. Mr. Mehta has more than 40 years of Experience in the Automobile Industry.

Mrs. Sakshi Kaura has done BBMS from Institute of Integrated Learning and Management, New Delhi. She became Joint Managing Director of the Company in January, 2013. She has been designated and serving as Joint Managing Director since June, 2016. She is handling the real estate and HR business verticals in Omax.

Mr Devashish Mehta has done his B.Sc. In Marketing with a minor in engineering leadership from the Pennsylvania State University. He worked in Shriram Pistons and Amtek Auto before joining Omax in 2013. He has held various positions in Omax starting from Marketing and then of an SBU head of the PC,CV and Railway business segments. He is currently serving as the Managing Director of the company responsible for the core business strategy formulation and execution.

Mr. Nipun Khurana, is the founder Partner of the firm Having a professional experience of over 34 years, he has been a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for last about 30 years He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado, USA.
He has been associated as Consultant Finance with The World Bank for their Water Sanitation Programme (South Asia) from 1999 to 2002 He was engaged by GTZ Germany from 2005 to 2007 to coordinate the ‘EU India Trade Investment Development Program’ Which was funded by the European Commission and the beneficiary was Ministry of Commerce, Govt of India. Besides Audit Taxation matters, he has been actively involved in Due Diligence and Acquisitions of both Indian and US Companies.

Mr. Deep Kapuria schooled at Mayo College, Ajmer and graduated in Engineering from BITS, Pillani. He has also been accredited in Advance Management Programme from IIM(A). He is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, USA. Mr. Deep Kapuria is the Chairman of “The Hi-Tech Group” of companies comprising Hi-Tech Gears, Hi-Tech Engineering Systems, Hi-Tech e-Soft and Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz.

Mr. Tavinder Singh is associated with the Company for more than 30 years. He served the company in various positions since his appointment. He has been appointed as the Whole time Director of the company in October, 2015. He has more than 35 years of industry experience in the field of sales and material procurement.

Mr. Ram Kumar Chugh is an Electrical engineer from the Delhi College of engineering (1980 batch) and alumnus of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Development Programs at Ahmedabad & Bengaluru besides Diploma in Business Management from IGNOU. He is associated with Siemens for more than 4 decades.

He led diverse set of businesses across different verticals - Power Transmission and Distribution, Automation and Drives, Power Generation, EPC contracts etc. Actively engaged in various domains of Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Strategy, Manufacturing, Product Development, R&D & Logistics.
