Mr. Bharat Kaushal serves as the Chairman and Independent Director of Omax Autos Limited. He is the Managing Director of Hitachi India Private Limited, where all 31 Hitachi group companies in India report to him. He brings extensive experience in banking, corporate strategy, and public relations, along with a strong track record of leadership in global organizations.

In his role at Omax Autos Limited, Mr. Kaushal provides strategic guidance and strengthens corporate governance practices, contributing to the company long-term growth and vision.

Mr. Jatender Kumar Mehta, a Promoter of the Company, has been on the Board since inception. A technocrat with deep knowledge of automotive parts, he oversees key operations and drives the company strategic growth and diversification under the guidance of the Board.

She was appointed as Joint Managing Director of the Company in January 2013 and served in this role from June 2016, where she was responsible for overseeing the real estate and human resources business verticals, contributing to the company growth and organizational development.

Mr. Devashish Mehta serves as the Managing Director of Omax Autos Limited, where he is responsible for the formulation and execution of the company core business strategies.

He holds a B.Sc. in Marketing with a minor in Engineering Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to joining Omax in 2013, he gained valuable industry experience working with Shriram Pistons & Rings Limited and Amtek Auto Limited.

Since joining Omax, Mr. Mehta has held several key positions across the organization, beginning in Marketing and later leading as SBU Head for the Passenger Cars (PC), Commercial Vehicles (CV), and Railway business segments. His leadership has been instrumental in driving operational growth and strengthening the company market position.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for over 30 years and is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Colorado, USA.

Mr. Khurana has held prestigious international assignments, including serving as Consultant (Finance) with World Bank for its Water and Sanitation Program (South Asia) from 1999 to 2002. He was also engaged by GTZ Germany from 2005 to 2007 to coordinate the EU–India Trade Investment Development Programme, funded by the European Commission, for the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.

In addition to his expertise in audit and taxation, he has been actively involved in due diligence and acquisitions of both Indian and US companies.

Mr. Deep Kapuria is the Chairman of “The Hi-Tech Group” of companies comprising Hi-Tech Gears, Hi-Tech Engineering Systems, Hi-Tech e-Soft and Hi-Tech Robotic Systemz.

Mr. Nikhel Kochhar is the Managing Partner at N. Kochhar & Co. and a qualified FCA and CIA (IIA, USA).

He has served on the boards of companies in India and the US and has chaired key committees including Audit, Risk Management, and Shareholders' Grievances of a listed NBFC. He has also held leadership roles at IIA India, including Chief Advisor, COO, and Chair – Advocacy, and served as President, IIA Delhi.

With over 30 years of experience, he specialises in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Corporate Governance, and Business Process Reviews. His expertise spans multiple industries, including Banking, Automotive, Healthcare, Infrastructure, IT, Pharmaceuticals, and NBFCs.

Mr. Tavinder Singh serves as the Whole-time Director of Omax Autos Limited and has been associated with the Company for over 30 years. Over the course of his long tenure, he has served the organization in various key positions since his initial appointment.

He was appointed as Whole-time Director in October 2015 and brings more than 35 years of industry experience, with core expertise in sales and material procurement. His deep operational knowledge and long-standing association with the Company contribute significantly to its business continuity and execution strength.

Ms. Nadira Chaturvedi serves as an Independent Director of Omax Autos Limited. Born on 3rd September 1950 in Belgaum, she brings decades of diverse experience spanning business management, education, and social development.

She holds a B.Sc. degree from Belgaum, Karnataka, and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. Over the years, she has managed small and medium-sized enterprises as a Director and entrepreneur across a wide range of industries, including electronics, automobile components, engineering goods, plastics, fashion garments, retail, manufacturing, and exports.

Ms. Chaturvedi is currently engaged in social work and teaching. She has been associated as a Professor of Business Management Studies at Fostiima Business School, Dwarka, New Delhi, for over a decade. She is also an active volunteer with CanSupport, contributing to cancer care initiatives.

Her primary focus has been on promoting education and reading among underprivileged communities through her family-led NGO, Aseem’s Library (registered as Aseem Charitable Education Trust). Through its network of library-cum-creative learning centres across Delhi—including locations such as Mehrauli, Okhla, and Kashmiri Gate—the initiative provides non-formal education and life skills to thousands of underprivileged children and adults, including neo-literates and vulnerable groups.

Her work has had a meaningful social impact, particularly in supporting education for families affected by cancer and helping disadvantaged youth develop a more positive outlook toward life.

Mr. Ram Kumar Chugh serves as an Independent Director of Omax Autos Limited. He is an Electrical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering (1980 batch) and has completed management development programs from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and Indian Institute of Management Bangalore. He also holds a Diploma in Business Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.

Mr. Chugh has been associated with Siemens for over four decades, during which he has led a diverse range of businesses across key verticals including Power Transmission & Distribution, Automation & Drives, Power Generation, and EPC projects.

He brings extensive experience across multiple domains such as Marketing & Sales, Business Development, Strategy, Manufacturing, Product Development, R&D, and Logistics, contributing valuable industry insight and leadership to the Board.
